One price a month, everything included: AI extraction, automatic renewal chasing, the vendor portal, and audit-ready exports. Plans differ only by how many vendors you track. Start with a 30-day free trial — no card required.
AI extraction is subject to a fair-use limit: 200 certificates a day per account (25 a day during the trial). Anything over the limit is still kept and waits in your review queue for you to enter its details.

What counts as a vendor?
Any subcontractor or supplier you are tracking insurance for. Archived vendors and the sample data we seed for your first run don't count. If you reach your plan's limit, nothing you already track is hidden or deleted — you just can't add another until you upgrade.
What happens after the trial?
Your 30 days start when you sign up, and we never ask for a card to begin. The trial includes Crew limits — up to 25 vendors; choose Contractor at any time during it to track more, and your remaining trial days carry over. When the trial ends, choose a plan in Settings → Plan & billing. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the billing portal in Settings — no email, no phone call. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and we don't refund partial months. You can export your vendor list and its compliance status to CSV at any time, including after you cancel.
